How much does it cost to load my Wallet?

Loding Your Wallet with funds is free. Just follow the wallet load instructions detailed in your account profile and you will be ready to send funds in minutes.
How much does it cost to send funds with ALXPay?

ALXPay charges a fee for sending funds. Transaction fees may vary depending on the amount of the transaction, Country where the transaction is going to and type of transaction. In all cases all transaction fees are displayed and detailed. If the transaction involves convertion of sending currency into a different currency, we will display our exchange rate to you as well.
How long does it take for the funds to be received?

Most of the time funds are available for your recipient in minutes. In some cases a transfer can take longer, depending on the receiving Bank. We always try to get your money where it needs to go as quickly as possible.
How to update receipient's information?

To update a recipient's information such as address or bank account number simply log on to your account, from home screen select "My Recipients", from your recipients list select the desired recipient and proceed to making changes. Dont forget to select "update" at the end.
